Our firm specializes in the cost management of construction projects, assisting in their contractual and financial aspects, from planning to closure. We collaborate with investors, architects, contractors and PM/CM firms.
By performing diligent quantity take-off, value engineering and cost estimating in the planning phase, procurement management & cost monitoring during construction and contracts & claims management at close-out, we constantly aim for successful completions within the projected budgets and schedules, never compromising quality.

ABOUT
Our team is comprised of several multi-disciplinary firms and freelance engineers. Coordination is performed by Chris Pachiyannis.
Chris is a hands-on, construction project manager with a 25yr+ of experience in coordinating several private and institutional, multi-million Euro construction projects, from planning to closure. Expertise lies mainly in the hospitality and high-end residential sectors, but also in commercial real estate, student housing, and aviation projects.
He has undertaken multiple roles, such as vendor, contractor, property developer, project manager, construction manager, procurement manager, cost manager, and technical director in a multinational hospitality firm operating in Southern Europe.
He holds a PMP Certification and a BA/MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
